Terms of Service

1. Who we are

TrustStanding is operated by International Awards Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 16366777). Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can reach us at support@internationalawardsgroup.co.uk. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean International Awards Group Ltd.

2. Our service

We provide a public directory where consumers can read and publish reviews of service businesses, and where business owners can list their business, collect reviews and subscribe to paid features. We do not guarantee any particular level of visibility, traffic or number of reviews.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may only claim a business listing if you are authorised to represent that business.

4. Reviews and content

Reviews must describe a genuine experience. Incentivised, fake, defamatory, unlawful or abusive content is prohibited, as is reviewing your own business or a competitor. You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it as part of the service. We may remove content that breaches these terms, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and exclude any taxes that may be added at checkout. Annual plans are billed once a year in advance.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your listing then continues on the Free plan. Upgrades are charged immediately on a pro-rated basis; downgrades take effect at the end of your current period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Verified badge and Growth features

The verified badge indicates that a business holds an active Growth subscription and has provided business details we have been able to check. It is not a guarantee of quality or of any outcome. Widgets and exports may only be used to display your own business's reviews, without alteration.

7. Liability and availability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes and law

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
