Flag a Review
Help us protect the integrity of every review.
Reviews are the foundation of trust on TrustStanding. If you believe a review is fake, defamatory, or otherwise violates our guidelines, you can flag it for our moderation team to investigate.
Valid reasons to flag a review
- The reviewer has no genuine experience with the business
- The review contains false, defamatory, or abusive content
- The review was incentivised or posted under coercion
- The review relates to a different business or individual
- The review contains personal or confidential information
How to flag a review
Use the “Flag” link found beneath each review on a business profile, or email our moderation team with the review URL and a clear explanation of your concern. Businesses may also flag reviews, but a flag alone does not remove a review — our team assesses every case.
What happens next
We aim to review flags within five working days. If a flag is upheld the review may be edited or removed; if it is dismissed the review remains visible. You will be notified of the outcome by email.
Flag a review
Tell us which review you're flagging and why. You'll receive a confirmation email straight away.
Flagging a review simply because it is negative is not permitted and may result in the flagging party being restricted from further submissions.
