TrustStanding relies on the community to flag businesses whose listings contain inaccurate information, misleading claims, or evidence of misconduct. Every report is reviewed by our team before any action is taken.
What you can report
- Inaccurate contact details, address, or business description
- Misleading or unverifiable claims about services or credentials
- A business impersonating another company or individual
- Fraud, scams, or other serious misconduct
- A listing that is no longer trading
How to submit a report
Send an email to our moderation team with the business name, its TrustStanding profile URL, and a clear description of your concern, including any supporting evidence (screenshots, links, documents).
What happens next
We acknowledge reports within five working days. Where a report is upheld we may correct the listing, suspend the verification badge, or remove the business from our directory. Reporters are not identified to the reported business.
