Well-run development team
Thornbury took a stalled site through planning and delivery without drama. Design team appointments were clear and payment terms were honoured throughout.

Good developer, some snagging drift
We delivered two blocks for Thornbury and found them fair to work with. Snagging sign-off after practical completion took longer than agreed.
