Good PM, premium fee
Programme and risk management were genuinely useful and the design team was well coordinated. Their fee sits at the top of the market, but the control was worth it.

Excellent
Kept a difficult project on budget
Keystone acted as client-side PM and QS on a GBP 9m residential scheme. Cost reporting was monthly, accurate and their NEC administration kept claims to a minimum.
